Not gonna happens. Even if he chooses to run, even if he chooses to participate to the Democratic Primaries (which would be quite surprising tome, I think he would more likely choose to run as an independant), there's no way he wins the nomination.

I know Republicans are fantasizing about candidates such as Kerry, Avenatti, Holder or Biden because Trump would crush them but the Democratic candidate will be either Bernie Sander, Elisabeth Warren, Kamala Harris or Kirsten Gillibrand.
