Nice find on the video, but still looking for model name. It's reasonable to assume she's been hired, as this company (Late Model Racecraft) frequently hires models for this.
I've looked at all of the comments on your link (dating two years), scoured their site, their social media sites, their followers and followed, and forums discussing the models in their network of companies, but nothing showing up.
They're based in Houston Texas, so it's good odds the model is from the area. My next move might be to look at the friends of their most popular model Sarah Leann on Model Mayhem.
If that doesn't yield anything, hopefully someone recognizes her.

Further searches found someone by this name in Houston Texas at a few social network sites that 'do' look like the healthily developed girl in question. There's scant to no material beyond that, meaning she hasn't been busy as a model (or at least by this name). But so far that looks like the best lead.
