I'm trying to find the name of this paysite, or the home page, and have Googled every angle possible with what I know about it. And I know I'd recognize a single picture from it instantly. (should've bookmarked! damn you, absentmindedness!)
basically an animated/cartoon porn site. most of the chicks featured were comic book women, like Wonder Woman and Catwoman just for example. I remember also seeing Tomb Raider and Kitana, so I know their "roster" is pretty broad. The images are great quality and well 'drawn' with vivid colors. I do not believe it's 3D. If it is and that's what I'm missing, then well shit...but I'm pretty sure it isn't.
