Captain America is returning but not the one that we all knew and loved. Steve Rogers is still dead and will stay that way for the forseeable future. This will be a new character taking up the mantle as Captain America and he will be revealed in January. Possible canidates include The Punisher and Winter Soldier(Bucky Barnes).
