Can't access to the "MyFreeOnes" section

Hello.

I recently forgot my password, so I went through the procedure to get a new one that was sent to me by FreeOnes. The new password works to log in the bulletin board, but when I tried to enter the "MyFreeOnes" section, access was denied saying the password was not correct. Why does this happen? Can anyone help?
