Cannot log on the main site

Hello, I made a Bronze account on freeones.com and got the email confirmation but I can't actually log in there. Says bad credentials.

I can only log in on the forums, but even then I don't have permission to post and cannot see any links.

Can someone help me with this? Tried resetting passwords, clearing cookies, logging in different ways.

There is a beta.freeones.com and freeones.com at the moment so which one did you use to sign up?

Try the username that you used to login rather than the email or vice versa just to see if it makes a difference.

And also, wait a while... because I know from past experience that it can sometimes take a while for the changes to take effect in terms of premium membership but you should still be able to log in.

If it's still not working in a few hours, try logging in to the forum again and posting here (under your actual account rather than a guest account) and I'll ask someone to look into it if you're still having issues on the main site.

Hey thanks for the reply! A few things:
1. Signed up on the main freeones.com site. Did this last night (over 12 hours ago) so there's been a while to allow it to process
2. Using the username does not let me log in
3. I cannot post or reply on my actual account as I do not have permissions apparently. "You have insufficient privileges to post threads here.".
