Not all of them, no. A good job can even make a tranny look like she's got natural female breasts.

The bigger enhancements just seem to reveal that unnatural ''two halves of a grapefruit'' appearance (emphasis on the contour relationship between torso and the boobies themselves), while the minor enhancements, not so much.

I don't know if you could consider Jayden Jaymes' or Got Gisele's major but their's would seem about as close to natural as can be.
While I've seen girls like Brianna Beach get relatively minor implants and it's extremely obvious seemingly because she didn't have much to work with before the surgery.

Two halves of a grapefruit or as I've called them, "coconuts". Do you remember the cheesy movies from the 60's and 70's, where "native girls" would be wearing coconut shell bras? So many girls end up with that look... and I find it to be a TREMENDOUS turn-off. To me, that's just artificial and rather funny looking. I know if I spent $6 grand for a set of wheels for my car and someone laughed at them, I'd be upset. So I can imagine that a girl that's spent a similar amount (or more!) for a boob job that draws ridicule would be even more upset... since she can't exactly return them.
Of course, the first dead give-away, other than the coconut/grapefruit look, is the excessive scarring around the nipples that some girls end up with. I guess because of genetics, some people scar rather easily. It seems like plastic surgeons would do a better job of testing girls for that probability before slicing into them just to fatten their wallets.
I've seen pics of "Gisele" when she had just gotten started and was going by a different name. I believe she was an A cup, maybe a small B. Her boobs were pretty small, though they were very nice. Now she's a DD. :eek: And I think there have been more arguments about whether she's "all natural" or enhanced than any other model on this forum. I'd say if most girls could make that big a change and end up with Gisele's results, we'd ALL be in favor of boob jobs. But Gisele was a knock-out before the work was done, so I'd say she's more of a happy exception, rather than the rule.
I'm more into nipples than I am boobs anyway (big boobs, no matter how nice & natural looking, but with flat nipples, do nothing for me at all). But still, I just wish that girls would think long & hard before they take a chance on going "way big" and winding up with that grapefruit/coconut look. :2 cents:

Mostly yes. I've been a big time fanatic of the adult film industry had have bought stroke mags and barrowed old clunk VHS tapes and watched Playboy TV and pathetic late night Cinemax shit and the like since the mid '90s, around 1995, when I was still fairly young.
