Can Jeri Ryan play Ms. Marvel?

I got to thinking about the upcoming Avengers movie and since, at least up until recently Ms. Marvel was their leader who could portray her in a movie.
I have always had a thing for Premium Link Upgrade and Ms. Marvel is my favorite superhero (duh!) Physically they are damn near identical, both are blondes, have blue eyes, beautiful faces, fantastic legs and hourglass figures. Ms. Marvel is a pilot, spy, warrior, novelist/editor, and a natural leader that thinks quickly on her feet. I think Premium Link Upgrade can do it. Anyone care to chime in?
