Kind of looks like Annette Haven in the first picture. Can't make anyone out in that second screenshot. The picture is just too dark.

If this is Society Affairs from 1982. Then Robert McCallum directed this and Shaun Costello would have produced this for Caballero Home Video. Shaun liked to be known as a director in most of his films. The biggest ones being Water Power and Forced Entry but he also produced a few films too (with the backing of the Gambino crime family)
