Californian porn industry's 'perfect storm' of troubles

Marlo Manson

Hello Sexy girl how your Toes doing?
IMO This is BS :horse: I think the porn industry is regulated enough with the mandatory monthly testing, that's right, they are tested every month, they are safer to fuck then most girls outside the porn business, that said I think its up too the individuals involved in performing, yes the ones fucking, the producers / directors should have the right to find and use whomever is willing too, NOT, use condoms if that's what they choose, since it harms the demand of the PORN INDUSTRY per what the fans / audience wants too see / pay for. :2 cents:

Law makers are always trying to control things that don't concern them and or where they have no business involving themselves with half the shit they try to regulate or want to control..

I'm watching some specialist videos
Funnily enough, I'd quite like to see more porn WITH condoms. Not for the protection aspect, but just because at the moment, there doesn't seem to be much of it. I'm sure that'll all change if/when the regulators get their way.

It'll just move out of Cali if this law passes. Porn is on edge enough as is...if the Cali industry is forced in to using condoms, and producers in other states aren't, people will start buying THAT stuff.

The market will speak on this. If Cali is ok with losing porn as an industry, feel free to pass that law. It'll just go elsewhere. Probably Florida or Nevada. Maybe even Tijuana.

Racing is life... anything else is just waiting.
I read somewhere else that some California GOPers had proposed a state law to increase the MINIMUM age for working in porn to 25.

Considering how fast girls come & go in porn and when they retire, wouldn't this law be akin to raising the minimum employment age for the rest of us to about 55?

If they are worried about safety I wonder if they will also eliminate contact sports like the NFL, MMA, boxing, hockey, or any other thing that involves actual purposeful violence and the chance to get hurt not to mention bodily fluids passing between people. While they are at it they might as well ban professions like stuntmen since they face more danger for no more legitimate purpose than what porn does. The professional sports are even worse than that from that position since there is no artistic thing about them and no first amendment protections they could claim unlike porn can.

If they are unwilling to ban all the rest of those things and only want to target porn they are pretty big hypocrites. Sure it's stupid, but that's why they shouldn't do it to porn in the first place.
