Hi! I'm a future ex-Brazzers member. I haven't had access to the content since August. Many files do not work correctly. Their WMV files are corrupted. I contacted support many times about this issue. I called today and spoke to billing to see if I can get my membership extended for I can get the content that I paid for. At least give me time to get the content once tech support do their jobs. My one year membership ends soon without having access for months and support does not care.
Many members on their forums and community support board have reported the same issues. Support has ignored their problems as well.
They have removed many scenes from the site for no just reason. They're making lies that Visa is ******* them to remove content because they're content is offensive. I understand why people thought Pornstar Punishment was offensive. However, they have remove scenes from many other sites like Big Tits At School, Big Tits At Work, Doctor Adventures, etc. Kink.com is ten times more hardcore than Brazzers. Visa hasn't made them change any scenes.
