Possibly. A lot of folks just don't want to be rated and graded like meat, even ones who make their living based on their appearance. The Should we add a model body rating? thread showed this fairly clearly. That idea didn't get a lot of traction.

And of course reactions are going to be worse when the classification is negative, since it's substantially more rude. Aren't you more likely to have a negative reaction to someone the ruder they are?
