Bondo is Wretched Stuff, eh?

So I finished bondoing my rear quarter pannel and I have to tell you, it's tedious business! It's been a good while since I used that crap, and the last time I did a lazy job, but this time I was determined to utilize this stuff to a T. I think I did a damn good job. It took a lot of patience, however, and you really have to have time to do a sufficient job. Sand, prime, bondo, sand, prime, repeat...ad nauseum.

Nevertheless, my rear quarter pannel looks almost perfect now, so I jerry rigged it with some Krylon black for now, until I decide if my baby will continue on for several more years until I finish grad school. It is a champ. :lovecoupl I just got my old Rockford's in there as well and it sounds cleeeeeeeeeyeeen. Hopefully I can upload some pics later.

I'm just curious if anyone has any spray paint pointers. As we all know there are hundreds of informative sites at our fingertips now, but just wondering if anyone has had any not-so-nightmarish experiences with that wretched spray paint crap? I'd like to prep the whole car but I'm worried I might not have the time or patience.
