Body-painted girls in African-themed movie

In the year 2000 or 2001 I spent a night at a hotel in Chicago. The adult pay TV channel showed (among others) one particular adult movie that I tried to ID ever since, without success.

It's my fault that I didn't bother to write down the title.
I only know that it was a US production.

The most peculiar features were:

• It was set in the African wilderness
• All actors/actresses wore body paint that made them look like typical African *******: zebra stripes, antelope brown, lion orange, leopard dots, etc.
• The whole movie was dialogue-free. No voice-over, no talking among the actors. The music was percussion-heavy.
• The "story" (little as there was) was told in a dance or ballet-like fashion.
• The opening act had three babes--painted in non-predator colours--that met at a watering hole. They had a threesome when a fourth "******" arrived at the scene, a male actor painted in lion or leopard colours.
• Much later in the movie there was a scene set in a traditional hut village, surrounded by a fence or palisades. It was night and torches illuminated the scene.

I am sorry but that is all that I remember.
