I think the girl is Kiki Daire but I could not find the movie this was in. The brunette might be Felicia but again I could not find the movie that they both were in.

Ok I found out what the movie is and the other actor. It is Rebecca Wild and Felicia in Scene 2 of "The Savage" (1994) I will post it when I get it.
