Al Qaeda bombs the WTC 1n 1993 and then Clinton says he was offered Bin Laden in 96, but since he had committed no crime against America, we had no grounds to hold him. If that’s not the single most damning footage I’ve ever seen, I don’t know what is.
Jeesh! If Clinton had done his job NONE of this would be happening right now. Perhaps if he hadn’t spent so many years saying that Saddam had WMD’s, Bush wouldn’t have been so inclined to believe the intelligence that supported that charge.
If I had been reading all of the quotes I just heard in Clinton’s own voice, I would have sworn these were quotes from Rumsfeld, Bush, Rice, Powell, Wolfowitz, and Cheney. How can anyone make the case that Bush lied, when he made the same exact assumption that the previous administration had been making for 8 years?
