I can't get in. Probiller has changed the login criteria. I used to login through the Legacy area. (memberships before 2023). That now seems gone. When I tried logging in now, it said, "we have slightly adjusted your information because there is an existing member with similar information. Please wait sixty minutes." (yes, duh, it was me trying to login) I did get in but it's just buffering in the Bang Bros store (not where I want to be) -- Well anyway after a few more mishaps, "invalid username/ password please use your email address to login or call us at the toll free number." I will now need to contact support. Chat and Telephone access doesn't come on in three more hours [my original post was at 5:13 am]. I don't have much time to spend on this today. It's gonna ruin my Saturday. Probably will do it on Sunday. I will have to contact Epoch as my accounts are with them and I will need to cancel the multiple account subscriptions.

I just tried Vendo and Epoch. Nothing is listed for bangbros.com. Let's see what Probiller did with my account information? They've probably scrubbed it. Happens too many times with payment processors of websites. They don't bring over the proper lists for existing recurring subscribers.

It will be a real mess. If the membership base of subscribers aren't pissed about this, then they should be.

Of course, it's Mindgeek behind this ... They f* everything up.

I've seen enough people report problems with logging in now to realize something's going on with them at the moment and sure enough I just found this article:

And that was over a week ago now.

So it sounds to me like you won't be able to get in again unless you reset your password. They have probably reset everyone's password in light of this meaning that your old login details will no longer work.

And if you can't do that - or don't get a password reset email when you do it, then they must be still trying to sort shit out. Oh dear.

Anyone who used similar username/password for other websites will obviously be well advised to change their credentials on other sites too as a security measure.

You can bet your bottom dollar that this only affected the legacy members as the new system would likely be more in line with modern standards and not so easily exploited.

Just responding to if anyone has found a workaround. I haven't payed for a membership in over a year and a half but I have two lifetime websites access. Just like everyone above the billing sites don't recall my info.

I still have not reached out. When I tried it on Wednesday night, I was still buffering in the bangbros. store ...

The toll-free number is 1-877-269-7165. Seems that live agents are unavailable now. Online chat is open M-F 8:00 am to 4 pm EST

The workaround is that you have to contact Probiller. Most times, with a new bill processor they'll tend to "lose your information" I've seen this happen way too many times over the years (between doing business with CCBill and Epoch and Netbilling and Segpay and Vendo.) -- of course, you'll need to cancel before re-enrolling otherwise you'll be billed once, twice, three times, four times, to gain access to the same site under the many billing processors -- The bottom line is that you'll have to start over. As you haven't paid for a membership in over a year and a half, you can probably say goodbye to gaining access. As for having lifetime access, if it was under Epoch and Segpay, you can say goodbye to that too. Your agreement was under those processors. Probiller now controls it. They now make the rules.

Chalk this up, to yet another f*ck up by Mindgeek. Their incompetence is beyond belief.

Trying to get an answer on this now as far as the old lifetime stuff goes seems like a lost cause. In the live chat and the agent has gone silent and I keep getting the automated do you wish to continue message. Some stuff like XXXPawn just seems to be gone I have a login with the new site and those videos are nowhere to be found regardless of the fact that the old XXXPawn redirects you to the new login.

I emailed epoch support with all my details who then escalated it with technical. Then I get an email saying my epoch account has been cancelled and then a further email from probiller saying epoch reached out to them and restored access by creating an account for 5 years.

My long term account that I've had since 2005 was stopped by Probiller. I was on the phone for over an hour and fifteen minutes three weeks ago with the Probiller billing support area. However, they really couldn't give me a valid reason on the other sites. Bang Bros.? Yes they were able to. But the other sites like Culioneros, Busty Adventures, College Rules, Filthy Family? No they couldn't. It's difficult. Some of my account was with Epoch while other parts were with Probiller. Then to throw my account further in chaos; my bank declined a ninety day billing payment. They didn't see Epoch as the billing processor for the Bang Bros. main site instead they saw Probiller (and thought it was fraud) Now because the subscription was stopped, Probiller can't help to get my account back. I'd have to start all over from scratch. That includes losing all my favorites models, pictures and scenes. We're talking years and decades here. About 308 scenes. Around ten pages worth. Pictures of about 225 or so. About seven pages worth for those. Lastly, nine separate solo masturbation, girlfriend experience, jerk off encouragement scenes: I bought them separately (one scene was with Rachael Cavalli, three were with Blondie Fesser, another scene was with Josephine Jackson, an old Yurizan Beltran scene before she passed away, and three scenes were with Esperanza Gomez) are all gone. Thirteen (13) favorite models and pornstars.

Now if they left all of the Legacy accounts the way they were then I'd still be enjoying access. But Aylo (as the new owners) have decided that all memberships and subscriptions need to be on the one platform. Since Probiller is their processor, all of the accounts have to be through Probiller.

As for re-enrolling, now I could do it separately (via the Bang Bros join button) or through Brazzers. They will tie the Bang Bros. subscription to my Brazzers long-term membership contract (it expires in twelve years - in 2036). They said it would save me some money if I did it through Brazzers provided, of course, that I extended Babes, Mile High or Fake Hub. (Those scripts have expired. I told him I didn't want to pay for additional scripts) so to just keep what I had: just Bang Bros, Culioneros, Busty Adventures, Dancing Bear, College Rules, and Filthy Family it would save me about $34/month if I chose to do it through Brazzers. For other sites (CFNM Show, Haze Her, and Public Invasion) that I'd potentially want they are $24.95/mo; the same as before. This doesn't include downloads. Now downloads are $18/mo just for that. Overall, for Bang Bros and their sites alone, the stuff I had, it comes to about a little over $530 (with sales tax about $575.00.) as a one time fee. Yes, that is very high and so I told him that I'd think about it.

Well I've decided. I went with and re-enrolled to puba.com instead. Puba.com is an annual recurring of just $65.00.

Fuck you Mindgeek / Aylo. You money-hungry scumbags!!
