Balls sucked so they loose their shape

Bit of a weird one, and I don't know if anyone else has this. But I really like when a girls is sucking one of his balls and pulling it with her mouth, and when it pops out, it's kind of mis-shapen, or slightly pointed. A bit difficult to explain but you can see what I mean if you search for 'Over 7 Minutes of Ball Worship' and look at around 5:10 & 5:33.

Any help would be great. Thanks
