Pumpsworld has done a lot of research on this. Believe it or not. He has to be commended. His first link from wordpress.com (which I am enclosing) shows pictures of Kayleigh Pearson from Onlytease.com. They are consistent, being from several of her photo galleries over there. Though mainly her hair is tied back with ribbons and scrunchies.
The photo galleries themselves show Kayleigh Pearson in seven sets (1) a black top with a denim miniskirt in the bathroom, eventually in the tub; (2) in workout clothes - green top and spandex pants - by a white couch; (3) in a red dress by a white fireplace; (4) in a black and white floral dress by the white couch; (5) in a white top and white dress with pink dots by stairs; (6) in a brown top, brown stockings, brown boots by a white chair; (7) blue shirt, long black skirt in an office setting.
However, the last picture shown with the model on the bed is not indicative of any of these photo galleries. It's like the picture is out of order and out of sequence. Without any other supporting pictures of Kayleigh Pearson lying on a bed, I would say, right now, that this is not her. But let me keep looking ...

Based on the above, since I now have three pictures from the bed, # 1 and # 2 (from post 1) and # 2 (from post 2) - I would say that yes, this is Kayleigh Pearson.
Try this photographer James Rudland and Kayleigh Pearson in a Google search for more pictures.
Another name for Kayleigh is Hannah May Rose.
Based on the above, since I now have three pictures from the bed, # 1 and # 2 (from post 1) and # 2 (from post 2) - I would say that yes, this is Kayleigh Pearson.
