So I give up looking... I've looked everywhere I could. I used tineye, I used Google's image indentifier. I've looked at dozens upon dozens of web pages where this picture was posted, but nobody ever says who she is or what scene this is. At this point, I'd ask the infamous /b/, but you can't post anything there right now because the site's having internal issues. So hopefully one of you knows who she is and/or what scene she's in. I really have tried everywhere
