I'm in a self reflective mood and it is depressing me.

I was going to title this thread, "What did you want to be when you were a *****?" but, a lot of people, including myself, aren't really grown up yet. So, you can answer either question.
What did you want to be when you were a *****?
Or
What do you want to be when you grow up?
I wanted to be a paleontologist. Dinosaurs were fucking awesome when I was a ***. Still are. But somewhere around Gr.9 I suddenly lost any motivation to succeed and lost any direction I may have had in my life didn't snap out of it until I graduated college.
Now, I have a love for the stars and I think I would like it to become more than a hobby.
So. How many people let their ********* ***** escape them? Or how many people have that ***** within their grasp?
