Asia set for total solar eclipse

Millions of people in Asia will see the longest total solar eclipse this century on Wednesday as swaths of India and China are plunged into darkness.

Solar eclipses are awe inspiring , to see two such massive worlds become one , is truly a sight to behold!!

I can only imagine what the ancients thought of this when this was happening , Ive seen a few reports , it sure freaked them out

I seen one in the late 90s , well it wasnt a complete full one but about a 98% but it was a total 1 if you were down south in England , I watched it thru a welders visor

okay it's going on right now. i saw it thru welders glasses. pretty cool. this is the 2nd one i've seen (we also had one in 2002). it's not totally dark as it is still a sunny day but the light does look kinda weird, like dusk except the sun is straight up
