I blame the gerrymandered full time Calif state legislature for their uncontrollable spending, sheesh !
they spend money like a homeless person who just won the lottery, the trojan horse bastards that they are. Each and every one of these cal. state leg. agents are bought and paid for. They know precisely what they're doing.
The excesses in immigrant population, both legal and otherwise certainly aren't helping this economy. Money earned here should be spent and deposited here, not wired to Mexico !
