Armin Meiwes: The Rotenburg ********

I came across this by accident. I thought it was interesting because I like to get freaked out sometimes and read gross and scary things. I thought that some people would find this interesting, especially if, like me, you had never heard of the case before. If you are easily offended or upset, you might not want to learn about this case. There is nothing too graphic in any of the links, but the story itself is quite disturbing.

This occured March 9, 2001.

Armin Meiwes (born December 1, 1961) is a German man who achieved international notoriety for ******* and eating a voluntary victim he had found via the Internet. After Meiwes and the victim jointly attempted to eat the victim's severed penis, Meiwes ****** his victim and proceeded to eat a large amount of his flesh.

And not just that, the guy let Meiwes cut off his penis and feed it to him.

Who would want to eat their own penis?!

When I first heard of this story on the radio a few years ago they said that Bernd tried to cut off his own penis, but started to ********, and Meiwes finished the job. After Bernd regained consciousness, Meiwes flambeed the penis and they both ate it, with Bernd commenting about eating himself. I'm not sure which one is sicker: the victim, or the butcher.
