I am overpaid and I'm getting a raise Dec.3rd. Everybody at my work is overpaid. Spoiled rotten. I feel bad when I see my friends bust their ass at their cooking job 12 hours a day for minimum wage. Meanwhile people sleep on the job at my work and get paid very generously.

Teachers get shafted. It is probably the most important profession on the planet, yet so many teachers get bent over hard.

I had an awesome teacher in college, and I ran into him a couple years later and found out he quit because of how shit the pay is. It's a shame.

I am under paid at my real life job. Noticed this due to my website I can make more without even doing much work. I also know I'm underpaid. My co-workers make more than I do and I do more of the work most of the time. I also had 1.5 years of job experience and the guy who is making more than a dollar more than I am had no job experience.

My nickname is "bitch boy" at work because if someone is lazy I have to do their job. I am a guy that believes the amount of work you put in for your time should be paid properly. That's why I do my website. It makes me realize that I am worth more than my time at my current job.

Im union so I am well compensated, but it took hard negotiations to get my pay. At the same time the shop I come from is very profitable; so its a win win.

It depends on the contract under which I'm working. The Fillmore contract is a fucking joke. Shorenstein-Hays-Niederlander theater contracts pay $$$$$. Generally, though, I wouldn't complain about our rates.
