You don't know what rule of 3 means? I guess you've never seen American Pie. You take the number of guys that a girl says she has been with and multiply it by 3 (12 in your case). For guys, you take the number that they say they've been with and divide by 3. It's not always accurate though. I've been with 5 women, but I don't go around saying I've been with 15.
