Doesn't look like a photoshop to me. Looks like the stuff closer to the camera (tables, girl, cups with beer) are more illuminated by the flash of the camera. Not to mention that without clothes on, she's just lighter than almost everything in the shot. Who knows why they're not looking at her. Maybe it was just arranged that way, although the one guy in the middle looks like he could be looking at her.
