Don't know who the 2nd one is but I can tell you that they are not the same person.

1st one is Lexi Diamond and the other is not.

PS. Always a good idea to check the name of the image file because it says Lexi's name there.

The other # 2 is coming back in Yandex as Liza (or Liza Diamond) Apparently she has a Instagram account. But the page isn't working right now. The picture is being called "LizaFemdom" at another place.

Based on what I was looking at in Yandex, I believe her name is Liza Diamond.

The Liza "femdom" comes from the category this picture is or could be. It may easily be a femdom picture. Femdom means female dominance at one end of the spectrum. So she will take charge over her partner in a consensual sexual relationship. Sexual acts involved could be humiliation, power, or pain. Both are tied to the Liza Diamond Instagram whose page isn't available. They also apparently show up on Facebook. However, when you try for a larger sized image, what comes back is that the url signature for Facebook has expired. The picture with her wearing the blue lingerie / bodysuit / bikini is from her Manyvids account, based on what Yandex says. She has since deleted her account at Manyvids.
