It's Serena Ali. But it's not Digital Desire. She didn't shoot for J. Stephen Hicks with a necklace on. The photos and videos over there at his website came out as updates in 2014 and 2015 posthumously as J. Stephen Hicks passed away in February 2013.

I wasn't convinced that this was Serena, or even a photoshopped Serena so I looked into this guy's posts on social media.
He has posted a lot of stuff over the last few months, some of it is actual, untouched images... but the ones he creates or modifies in some way himself are the ones he has printed his name on in the bottom-right corner as with this one.
We live in an age where AI imagery is coming into circulation, and I think that's what might be going on here which would explain why no direct face match can be found; because it doesn't exist in real life.
This guy seems to have a thing for babes who look like this and have similar hair and necklaces etc. as shown in a few examples below.
I don't know much about AI but from what I have seen, for images which include more than one person... they tend to have the same face on each person in the photo. This is the case with a lot of his group shots as well if you take a look on their Twitter.
So it is in actual fact probably a futile excercise in trying to determine who it is, as a series of techniques may have been used to create something that is not real.
I have included some examples of similar babes that the guy has posted below:
