I finally saw a before pic of Love Gisele. Her new boobies are perhaps the best I've seen. Course, she looks like a totally different person compared to her original look. Cute & sexy before. Smokin' bombshell now. But it's all in what you and your girlfriend think is attractive. Some guys would rather stare at skin covered coconut halves (hard and perfectly circular) with misplaced or strange looking nipples, as long as they're labeled DD, rather than smally, perky A/B cups. I'm not in that camp. I think a cute girl with A or B cups can be just as sexy or sexier than a girl with D's or even DD's. The size of a girl's breasts doesn't really play that big a role in whether I find her to be sexy or not. But generally speaking, I much prefer natural over fakes... cause I've seen some really nasty looking fakes.

To answer the OP's questions, always go with silicone!! The incision should be through the areola. I have seen the results on a girlfriend of mine, and the improvement was by 1000%!! Gotta pick a good doctor too that has tons of pictures to show. :thumbsup:

natural is best, in my own humble opinion. i very much prefer a real a or b cup to a fake c or d cup.
and maybe someone here can answer this - is there any loss of sensitivity when an implant is done?

& the sex may be more frequent or carefree if she likes the result.
BUT... be careful. in my own experience, my wife's nipples were once very responsive & could quickly get her 'in the mood' when she was less than inclined to have sex. When she did want to have sex it was a surefire way to move things along.
