Does anybody know who this girl is ? Judging by the picture must be an amateur but was just wondering if anybody has any information on who or what this is.

I posted an an attachment to avoid any of the scam issues. Hope that helps anybody interested in identifying this picture , it might be a wild goose chase but it's all I managed to find/salvage.
