Heres my problem. I downloaded some videos that are in wmv format. When I play them they are not that big, and currently to get them large enough to be to watchable i have to set my windows media player to 200% size which lowers the quality quite a bit. What Im wondering is there a program out there that can make these into full screen videos without losing their quality?
any programs out there that can convert smaller videos to full screen?
