Bullshit to her complaint. She was enjoying it. He touches her ass and she continues shaking it for him. He pinches her nipples and she is smiling, laughing and giggling too. Her reactions to him are positive. The EA video shows this. The scene could have stopped at any time if she was uncomfortable. She isn't so the scene continues. Now years later, she's complaining. ?? If this goes to court and she has to testify under oath, the EA lawyers will eat her alive. They also have her signed consent form done after the scene was made that nothing bad occurred during the filming of the scene which includes all of this in the introduction.
Lastly, Ginger Banks certainly doesn't like John Stagliano. All that cursing! Geez. If she curses like this in court, I hope she does curse and swear. The bailiff will take her away and put her in a cell for contempt. Judges have no patience or tolerance for that. And they'll use that striking down on the gavel quickly and effectively.
