Deputy mayor of Amsterdam, Lodwijk Asscherm, wants to increase the legal age of prostitutes from 18 years old to 23 years old:

Nooooooooooo. I don't like this. I'll miss all the 18 year old cute prostitutes. I have got a message to send to Mr Asscherm, but i need someone to translate it into Dutch because the free online translation tools don't translate it properly. Here it is:

I and many others do not want you to increase the legal age to become a prostitute to 23 years old. This would inconvenience alot of prostitutes under 23 years old because they will lose alot of income and some may not be able to find another job and it may mean some under 23 year olds may continue to be a prostitute and if something bad happens to them they may not tell the police because they would be breaking the law by being a prostitute. And also once a person is 18 years old they are legally an adult so they should be able to be a prostitute if they want.

21 is the proper age for everything except driving and finding employment. :hatsoff:
