S.F. mayor proposes fines for unsorted trash
Garbage collectors would inspect San Francisco residents' trash to make sure pizza crusts aren't mixed in with chip bags or **** bottles under a proposal by Mayor Gavin Newsom.

And if residents or businesses don't separate the coffee grounds from the newspapers, they would face fines of up to $1,000 and eventually could have their garbage service stopped.

Several problems here -

I have seen elderly folks slip up on sorting garbage -
What are you going to do about the imperfections of senility . . Gavin ? $1,000 FINE ?

What if somebody has it in for you and during the weee early hours of the AM, somebody fucks with your garbage can, as it rests out by the curb awaiting pick up.

Did you even bother to think this through . . GAVIN ! ? Didn't think so.

What a weasel ! Glad I don't live in or near "his" city.

Just think, when the city needs revenue, just send out some messenger with a truck bed full of used coffee grinds. 100 Residences = $100,000 . . 1,000 residences = a million $.
