Alexandra Lewis - Reporter
I joined the ABC 22/FOX 45 News Team from my hometown of Houston, Texas.
While in Houston, I worked as a Traffic and General Assignment Reporter at NBC Affiliate KPRC.
I also spent time in Louisiana, working as a Morning Show Anchor and Reporter for the CBS affiliate in Lafayette. My experience in Cajun Country was a whirlwind. I covered hurricanes Gustav and Ike and interviewed an array of public figures from Gov. Bobby Jindal to Lil Wayne.
My experience in journalism began in my teens when I hosted a young adult morning show on the former UPN-20 in Houston. At the ripe age of 13, it was clear that news was my calling!
I earned a B.S. in both Broadcast Journalism and Political Science from the University of Miami (Fla.) Although a 'Cane for life, I can appreciate the passion and success of Buckeye Nation. (And will overlook my grudge for the 2003 Fiesta Bowl.)
I live for travel, seeing as many movies as possible, and my Huskie/Blue Heeler mix, CoCo, and decorating for every holiday. EVERY holiday.
