There was a time when policemen were men and 2 of them could, if really needed, immobilize someone. Now they intervene by the dozen and electrocute you for the double of the time needed as soon as you scratch your crouch. Time to review the interviewing, recruiting and training process, maybe? I love gay people and women, but i don't think they should work as policemen...if you can't deal with pressure and a few scratches, look for a different job.
