I found out that I have a heart murmur and high ***** pressure (I'm pre-hypertensive) and in a few weeks I'm going to see a cardiologist and get that checked out, but I was wondering...can masturbation cause heart problems and high ***** pressure? I know that mastrubation (and sex, for that matter) causes your heart rate to go up, but still, can mastrubation be a cause of heart problems and high ***** pressure?
