I've try to google about this, but too much controversial information (and plain bullshit) comes out from my request.
The question is: what is the current divorce law like?
I knew it was a draft plan for a law where the amount of years which former marriage partners had to wait decreased from 3 to just 1 year and many other obstacles were eliminated. So in that draft plan divorce was much more easy than before. But I don't know if the law passed.
So, does anybody know, what are the rules nowadays? Still have to wait 3 years in case of consent divorce, and 5 in case of a lawsuit? Any other changes from 1987 variant?
