They could, the government shouldn't have took them over which is illegal.

Also, the government is the one bowing down to environmentalist and imposing restrictions on them they shouldn't be.


They could give people tax breaks for buying American products and that would help.
Of course, we shouldn't be paying taxes in the first place. That is another thread.
