There are a few foods in the world that exist that I have never tried. I have never had a bagel before.

A nice fresh bagel, toasted in the oven, with a generous helping of butter baked in, and then when toasted, a nice heaping shmeer of cream cheese, is really good. You would probably want more than one, if there are no meat, eggs or taters involved, but if you get it from a Jewish deli, you can get Lox on it too. I've never tried loxs, but I'm sure I'll like it. I like salmon, and smoker trout, so smoked salmon doesn't seem to far out of reach.
