#2 looks odd. Her face is exactly like in #1, even the fringe. I may be wrong but it looks photoshopped to me.

In post # 1 -- First picture is probably the original. Second picture has not been photoshopped. It has been enlarged. Possibly too much. There's just not enough pixels in the image for # 2. What happens then, is that the picture loses its sharpness and clarity. Thus her hair and face look dull.
As for post # 2 (franpelotas picture) -- that looks photoshopped. Nice try @franpelotas at answering this.
