A CLUMSY art student HALVED the value of a Pablo Picasso to £40million - after stumbling into it and causing a rip.

She left a six-inch tear in the work during a class at New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art.

So, these works of art are donated to the NYMMA and what do they do, carelessly display them in such a way for anybody to destroy them should they :uhem: trip ?

I call for a full investigation !! Is this clod of a student close to any of the principals at the Art Museum and is this particular piece of artwork insured to it's full value ? uh huh ..... yep ! I smell a rat alright !
