(CNN) -- On a chilly morning in February 2009, state police found 26-year-old Kenzie Houk in her bed with a bullet though her head. She was eight months pregnant.

The search for her killer ended with the most surprising murder suspect residents of Wampum, Pennsylvania, had ever seen: 11-year-old Jordan Brown, the son of the victim's fiancé.

He is one of the youngest suspects in the country to be charged with homicide, legal experts say. There are two counts of homicide, one covering the fetus.

I would recommend reading the whole article. Not only is the picture that's painted in the article a horrifying scenario, but the article also raises some very interesting points in regards to children being tried as adults.

This is another example of an otherwise decaying society.

Aside from that why is the fetus counted as murder and a body count in this case, and cases similar to this. However it is not considered murder in an abortion case? Which is it? Murder or not?

yeah he should be charged with one count of murder and one count of performing a late term abortion without a license.

Does Pennsylvania still have the death penalty? I'd use it.

Abortion is not murder.

Yes, it is.

As to the kid, he's obviously spawned of hell, so locking his ass up or frying him is fine. His Dad also needs to be thrown in prison for not securing his weapon. I'm all for gun owner's rights, but if you can't responsibly secure a gun, especially with kids in the house, then you deserve the worst punishment when something goes wrong. That article, by the way, is complete crap, whining about this devil child missing his birthday and a field trip. So fucking what? He murdered a woman and her unborn baby because he was jealous. Fuck him, and his field trip. I'd fry his ass if it were up to me, but locking him away and tossing the key is a suitable back-up, since the chair is off the table.

In retrospect taking the boy deer hunting probably wasn't such a good idea. I guess some kids just cant adjust to new family....

Im not really concerned about how he's tried. Should this kid really be shown lenience? Hes already executing at the age of 11, maybe its best that he's put away for life.
