'Shawshank' and 'Se7en' are ones I like. Dont much care for the others. I'd add 'Taxi Drive' and 'It's a Wonderful Life' to the list along with 'Rocky,' 'The Wrestler,' along with others.

Best ending of a film to me was Sergio Corbucci's The Great Silence. The ending caused a riot at the premiere in Rome in 1968.

Even though it's not one of the greatest endings of all time, I really liked the ending for The Dark Knight Rises. A worthy farewell for a kick ass trilogy of movies.
