Alrighty, as I announced some time ago, a perk for OCSMs (Official Checked Star Members) is that they can create public photo albums while everyone else has to have private albums. A few OCSMs seem to really enjoy the photo albums and have stuffed them with photos of themselves...for the rest...

Today we're ready to release yet another new feature to further customize your profile! You're now able to create a photo album for the purpose of making a background for your profile! Here's how you can do it! 1.) Go to Profile --> Pictures and Albums (under networking in your control panel)...
