Raiders of the Lost Ark but I was in my 20s. The earliest movie I can remember going to the theater to see when it was released was Some like It Hot.

Janine Lindemulder, Jesse Jane and Jenna Jameson are reasonable choices, although they, like most listed so far have done plenty of finger and toy play, either solo or g/g. Of the newcomers I'd say Faye Reagan, Sadie West and London Keys do hot scenes without anal, yet.
