Truth. I used to be way into Grave. I still love 'em, but not like I used to. They were the first DM band I got into though, so respect for that. Dismember are still the gods of DM though.

I'm mostly like that, but I think upper/lower arms and lower legs (the gastrocnemius/calf muscle areas) are alright places too. Of your choices, breast tats are the worst looking, but obviously the face/neck is by far the worst area possible.
