That was not my question. I ask myself if they have TITLES/ CONVICTIONS ( made by justice ) or NOT . If they do so, it´s a HELP for everyone. If they do NOT , ( and maybe I myself would be on the list ) , it takes me 5 min. to get a title against THEM .
