HAHAHAHAHA, umm...they're both the same thing. It just depends on what part of the US you're in - some people call it "country fried steak" and some people call it "chicken fried steak". But, they're the same thing. Well, usually. Some parts of the country make their gravy a bit differently, but it's pretty much all the same.
